What is a runsheet?

A runsheet is an ordered plan of what happens during an event. It records timings, activities, directions and the people involved. The term is also written as “run sheet”.

Is a runsheet the same as a run of show?

Both describe the sequence used to run an event. Run sheet is common in Australia and New Zealand. US event teams often use run of show or ROS. Running order, rundown and show flow are other terms used in events and broadcasting. The level of detail varies by team.

Can I use Runsheet for an order of service?

Yes. An order of service lists the elements of a church service in sequence. It can also be called a service plan or worship plan. Runsheet adds durations, computed times and tagged people to that sequence.

How is a runsheet different from an agenda?

An agenda usually outlines sessions or topics for attendees. A runsheet gives the people running the event the timings and directions they need to deliver it.

Does everyone need an account to view a runsheet?

No. Anyone with an enabled public share link or its QR code can view the runsheet without signing in. Workspace access is managed separately.
